Remember, Check-In is at 3:00pm, if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm please notify us. Otherwise we will charge your credit card and put your key in the key box located at office.

Rates do not include sales tax.

There is a $15.00 Service charge above regular rates for one-night stays. On weekends its a 2 night min and hoildays 3 night min.

New cleaning policy- Cleaning assignment(very simple) in cabin if not done minimum of a $50.00 charge otherwise no cleaning fee.

A "starter kit" of bath tissue, trash bags, and bath soap is supplied. Cabins with kitchens also get a starter kit of paper towels and dishwashing detergent. They are NOT replenished during your stay. We suggest you pack coffee filters, storage bags, salt&pepper, cooking ingredients and paper products.

Reservations may be guaranteed on a Major Credit Card.  Starting June 1, 2010 a 50% deposit is required to hold reservations, with the balance due upon arrival.

Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival, or half-fee will be charged and if cancel at any other time they will be a service fee of $5.50 kept out of the 50% returned to you. If you no-show you will be charged 100% of your stay. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of your stay.

We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards only (VISA, MasterCard, Discover),  Sorry no personal checks allowed.

We do allow pets in a few cabins (family cabin without whirlpool tub, deluxe cabin, cozy cabin) but theres a $50.00 fee, if not told that you have a pet with you its a min $100.00.
